TheNet/ISDN is better suited to users with greater data transfer demands. Starting a £ 29.95 pcm for a single channel single host account, this account provides a low cost alternative to leased lines and multiple modems. A single channel gives 64k bandwidth. The bonding of multiple channels can give greater bandwidth, such as a possible 128K with ISDN2 or 2Mb with ISDN30. All Frontier Communications Points of Presence support ISDN connections and all are capable of channel bonding.
TheNet/ISDN can be combined with any standard TheNet account and is particularly useful to small businesses where it is desirable to connect a small LAN to the Internet.TheNet/ISDN provides much of the convenience and speed of a Leased Line with a more accessible price tag. Due to its high speed and channel bonding facilities, TheNet/ISDN is well suited to multiuser environments and those with greater data transfer requirements.
